Disney has raised its prices for certain Walt Disney World annual passes and park hopper options. Traditionally, these price increases happen every February, so these increases were expected to go into effect any day now. Keep reading for all the details.
Annual Pass Increases
Here is the breakdown in the price increases:
- The Disney Platinum Pass is now $1295, up from $1219 – a $76 increase.
- The Disney Platinum Pass is now $1195, up from $1119 – a $76 increase.
- The Gold Pass (FL residents) is now $719, up from $699 – a $20 increase.
- The Silver Pass (FL residents) is now $539, up from $519 – a $20 increase.
- The Disney Weekday Select Pass (FL residents) is $369, up from $349 – a $20 increase.
- The Epcot After 4 Pass (FL residents) is $319, up from $304 – a $15 increase.
Note that some passes for Florida residents did not change:
- Florida Residents purchasing the Disney Platinum Plus Pass has no increase. Florida Residents still pay $999 for that pass.
- Florida residents purchasing the Disney Platinum Pass has no increase. The pass is still $899.
- Florida residents purchasing the Disney Theme Park Select Pass has no increase. The pass is still $439.
What has changed though is there is a $20 increase on the down payment if you choose the monthly payment plan. The down payment jumped from $139 to $159. The monthly payment plan option is only available to Florida residents.
There also was no increase for the Water Parks Annual pass ($139) or the Water Parks After 2 pass ($89).
Increase for Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus
In addition to the annual pass increases, Disney had increased the prices for the Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus adding an additional $5 to each option.
