Virtual Tour of Disney Imagineer Blaine Gibson’s Sculpture Studio

Walt Disney Imagineering is known for making the impossible possible. That’s why despite their offices (and the Disney Parks) being closed, they are opening up their headquarters for a full virtual tour!

The next stop on our virtual tour of Walt Disney Imagineering is the Sculpture Studio. This hidden gem within our headquarters is one of the locations that epitomizes the heritage of Walt Disney Imagineering.

Disney Legend Blaine Gibson once supervised the sculpture department, and his sculpts were used to create various figures and bronzes in Disney Parks. Today, the Sculpture Studio continues to house Blaine’s masterpieces, as well as Imagineering’s recent sculptures. Jonathan Friday will show you in this video!

New “At Home With Olaf” Shorts Series Debuts On YouTube

Walt Disney Animation Studios has created an all-new original animated content series featuring the beloved snowman Olaf (from Frozen) in 20 unique vignettes. Starting this week, enjoy an all-new original Disney Animation digital series voiced by Josh Gad (at home) and animated Hyrum Osmond, the supervising animator of Olaf from the first Frozen film (who’s also at home creating these amazing new shorts!)

The first adorable vignette is now available on the Walt Disney Animation Studios YouTube channel:

What do you think of the new shorts series? It’s incredible seeing how true talent cannot be stopped by a quarantine, and we can’t wait to see more fun snippets in the weeks ahead. No release dates or schedule is available for the remaining shorts, but stay tuned for more posts as they’re uploaded!
