As we recently celebrated “World Wish Day”, The Walt Disney World made a special announcement that they were donating $1 million dollars to Make-A-Wish for the special day! The donation was announced as part of the grand reveal of Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, the Disney Wish, that will join the Disney Cruise Line fleet in summer of 2022.
Disney shares: “To help us celebrate the power of wishes, three Make-A-Wish families shared their stories with us. For these families, the wish of a Disney cruise gave them something far greater than they ever could’ve imagined: newfound confidence, strength, family togetherness, new friendships, and most importantly, hope. We invite you to take a few minutes to hear about their journey and see the joy – and lasting impact – that a wish can bring.”
