New Figment Magnetic Shoulder Plush Now Available on shopDisney

If you haven’t been able to get to EPCOT to pick up the new Figment magnetic shoulder plush, you don’t need to just imagine that you have it! The merchandise item that’s all the rage has finally flown onto shopDisney.

The plush had multiple accidental early releases ahead of its planned August 8th launch, but now the lovable dragon is available to all!

New Limited Edition Epcot International Festival of The Arts 2020 “Figment Coloring Co.” MagicBand Available

A little spark of inspiration is at the heart of all creation, and with this new Limited Edition Figment MagicBand, a dream can be a dream come true with just that spark… in me and you! This year’s EPCOT International Festival of the Arts has rolled out an incredible collection of Figment-centric merchandise, but we’d be remiss to overlook this year’s MagicBand, which is covered in tiny dragon tracks.

The royal purple MagicBand features a bright yellow splattered paint Mickey puck, with tiny Figment footprints all along. Figment himself graces one side of the band in his white painter’s overalls, while the other side shows the Festival and EPCOT logo.

Extended Hours for Imagination! Pavilion Attractions

Guests looking to spend a bit of extra time with Figment or enjoy some Pixar short films late at night will be pleased to know that operating hours have been extended for all Imagination! Pavilion attractions starting January 12th.

Starting January 12th and running through February 29th, all attractions within the Imagination! Pavilion will be open from park open to park close. Typically these attractions close at 7:00 PM, with the exception of evening Extra Magic Hours or peak crowds.

Journey into Imagination with Figment, the Disney-Pixar Short Film Festival, and the newly-opened Mickey Mouse meet and greet inside the Film Festival will be open from park open to park close.

You’ll notice that these dates coincide with the scheduled annual Test Track refurbishment, which is set to take place from January 13th, 2020 to February 26, 2020. Hours are often extended elsewhere in the park whenever a major attraction is closed for refurbishment to accommodate crowds.

The Next New Disney Bus

The latest addition to the Disney Transportation family is none other than the royal purple Figment bus!

The design features Figment with a paintbrush, painting a rainbow all across the Walt Disney World skies.

Similar to the buses featuring the sensational six, these buses have those new blue seats and laminate floors throughout. Some of the buses will also have USB charging ports conveniently located between seats, so you can re-charge your devices and not miss a moment of capturing and sharing your Disney vacation memories.

New MagicBand Upgrade For September

As we have laid out in previous posts, for resort guests or annual passholders can upgrade their complimentary MagicBands for premium character bands.

These have been a hot item each month. Here are the bands currently available for the upgrade.
