Mickey’s of Hollywood was always regarded as the “Emporium” of Disney’s Hollywood Studios, taking up the entire first block of store facades to the left upon entering the park on Hollywood Boulevard.
Much like the recently refurbished Legends of Hollywood and Keystone Clothiers, the store now features a refreshed interior with new flooring and an all-red paint scheme on the walls. There’s still a heavy emphasis on that old Art Deco and Hollywood Glam look, but with less hearkening back to old film strips and classic animated shorts.
Of course, the actual contents of the merchandise available in the store hasn’t changed. Unlike Keystone Clothiers, who got the full-on Star Wars treatment, and Legends of Hollywood, which is now essentially a Pandora Jewelry store, Mickey’s of Hollywood is still your go-to spot for a full range of Disney merchandise.
