Pacific Wharf in Disney California Adventure Park will be reimagined into San Fransokyo Square inspired by “Big Hero 6,” and this transformation will be completed on August 31, 2023!

Foodie Guide to Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month 2023

This May, we’re thrilled to be shining a light on Asian American Pacific Islander heritage month. All throughout the month, the culinary teams will be showcasing some of the diverse cultures through their cuisines with both new and existing items that will delight guests with each and every bite.

The chefs have taken inspiration from various cultures and put their own flair their own personal connections they’ve infused into these dishes.
