Disney Guest Jumps Off Boat, Requires Police Escort to Safety

Walt Disney World Resort is the “most magical place on earth,” but Guest behavior can certainly be questionable at times.

Walt Disney World is known as “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” Disney World is home to four theme parks Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Each Disney Park includes something for Guests of all ages to experience. Disney World is also home to two water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.

Disney World is one of the most visited theme park in the world seeing thousands of Guests daily. With this amount of traffic heading to Disney Parks some Guests tend to get out of control. Cast Members have been seen fighting, using the bathroom in random locations, in restricted areas, and much more.

Walt Disney World Resort is surrounded by swamps, marshland causing wildlife to enter the Parks. Disney World Guests have spotted raccoons, rats, birds, snakes, alligators, and many more wild animals inside the Parks.

TikTok star known as @Taraswrld was escorted back to land by the police after she and her family rented a boat on Disney’s lake, Seven Seas Lagoon. TikToker Tara decided to jump into the water, ignoring Disney’s rules about not swimming in the lake. One may think it is a lake, and Guests should be able to enjoy it, but there are reasons that these rules are in place.

Sadly on June 14, 2016, a 2-year-old old boy named Lane Graves was attacked and killed by a gator. The child was playing near the Seven Seas Lagoon water at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort when an alligator emerged and pulled him into the water. After this incident, Disney has been adamant about having state wildlife experts remove gators. Barriers were also set in place, along with signs warning of possible alligators around all beaches and waterways throughout the Walt Disney World property. This is why TikToker Tara was forced to get back onto the boat.

Disney has had several other incidents with alligators around the Parks. A 47-year-old man attacked by an alligator while he reportedly attempted to retrieve a frisbee. While Tara was not harmed while swimming in the water, we urge Guests to follow Disney World’s rules and procedures. Recently, Tara shared on Instagram photos of her during a blackout moment using the bathroom in the bushes at Disney World.
