Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Have a Magical Disney Day

That 70’s show stars and Hollywood sweethearts Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis just spent a magical weekend at the happiest place on Earth! The pair reportedly had a blast celebrating the end of the summer at Disneyland and stopped to take a couple of pictures of their fun-filled day to tease fans on Instagram.

The pair is known for their adventurous dates and living in the moment, and a quick peek at their Instagram accounts shows that they definitely know how to have fun. The former Punk’d star is also known for his pranks, once giving (soon-to-be) Disney legend and close friend Kristen Bell a shower curtain with his wife’s face printed on it. With such a fulfilled spirit, we are not surprised the couple would be Disney fans.

Dressing the part, Kunis(39) in a Mickey hat and Kutcher (44) in a Star Wars shirt, the couple seemed to be living their best life. They were all smiles posing with Storm Troopers on Rise of the Resistance and in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. It n September 4th, Kutcher took to Instagram and asked fans if they could guess where they celebrated the end of summer. Of course, with such iconic locations, no one was stumped, but if you don’t take a castle selfie, did you even go to Disney?

It’s unclear if this was a magical couple-only date or if the pair brought their two children, Wyatt and Demetri. They are very private about their children stating that they don’t share pictures of them online. In a 2017 interview Kutcher said, “We don’t share any photos of our kids publicly because we actually feel like being public is a personal choice….My wife and I have chosen a career where we’re in the public light, but my kids have not,” Ashton told Thrive Global podcast. “So, I think they should have the right to choose that. And I actually don’t think that they should have images of them as children that are out there, that somebody could potentially blackmail them with or do whatever—you know. It’s their private life; it’s not mine to give away.”

Regardless of whether it was a family outing or a fun filled date, we hope they had a blast! You can check out Ashton Kutcher’s Instagram post here.

NEW Disney Store Coming to MCO

MCO in Orlando is Florida’s busiest Airport.  It’s also one of the top 10 busiest airports in the world! Anyone who has ever flown into or out of MCO will agree that it can be chaotic. The TSA lines can be maddeningly long so getting there early is vital.

To alleviate some of that stress and congestion, the airport has built a brand new 1.8 million square foot terminal. The centerpiece of this new terminal? A bright shiny new Walt Disney World store!

Expected to open on Sept. 19, the store will be the first magical stop for many inbound travelers and a last chance for outgoing guests, giving travelers a convenient spot to buy commemorative souvenirs, including items that celebrate the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World.

Front and center in the new store will be an eye-catching 3-D Cinderella Castle display. Because travelers can get easily distracted, the store’s design team wanted to make sure the storefront captivated the eye. Design director Steve Carsella said, “This challenge combined with the beautiful backdrop of this store and the massive digital real estate was inspiring. This is now a magical place, not merely screens, where the possibilities are endless.”

He went on to add, “This location is different in many ways, there are so many gorgeous details to take note- from the LED wallpaper and a sculpted castle to the oversized park icons placed on the ceiling in the center atrium.”

The finishing touches are currently being added to the store, and Cast Members are still curating the collection of goods to sell, but we have complete faith it will be amazing when it opens later this month!

Man Charged With Double Murder, Kidnapping at Orlando Resort

A man was recently charged with two murders, kidnapping, and sexual battery at an Orlando Resort, according to reports.

Because Walt Disney World Resort and surrounding theme parks like Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando are such a major draw in terms of tourism, many Resort and campgrounds have been built around Orlando and surrounding areas to offer lodging options for tourists visiting the area.

One of these campgrounds is Thousand Trails Resort, which describes itself as offering “the perfect location near local attractions including the popular Orlando theme parks.”

Just recently, Justin Lamar Jones, from Michigan, was charged with murdering his wife and stepson at the Resort Campground.

Investigators from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office were called around 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 31 to the Thousand Trails Resort, according to WKMG in Orlando. Police said they received a call from a woman who told them she had witnessed a murder.

“This is a tragic situation,” Herrell said. “This is one of the worst ones we’ve heard of in a while.”

Jones was later apprehended in a parking lot on U.S. 27. He is charged with kidnapping, sexual battery, and two counts of first-degree murder.

Oscar-Winner and Longtime Disney/Pixar Artist Ralph Eggleston Dead at 56

When it comes to the beauty of filmmaking, fans quickly become familiar with the actors behind their favorite roles. They may also become big fans of those who direct and write those films. When it comes to animated movies, some of the biggest behind-the-scenes players are, of course, the animators. They create every amazing detail that we see on the screen. Even films that are completely computer-generated would be nothing without the animators creating the characters. Sadly, the animation world has lost a powerhouse creator who worked with both The Walt Disney Company and Pixar for over three decades.

You may not know the name Ralph Eggleston right off the top of your head, but he is behind some of Disney and Pixar’s most iconic films. In his more than 30 years with the two companies, he worked on a ton of incredible projects, including Aladdin, Pocahontas, The Lion King, Toy Story, A Bug’s Life, Cars, Inside Out, and The Incredibles, just to name a few.

Unfortunately, we have learned that Eggleston has passed away at the age of 56.

Ralph Eggleston

According to Variety, which was one of the first to break the news of Eggleston’s death, the longtime art director died after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

After news of Eggleston’s death broke, Pixar and those who worked with the talented filmmaker took to social media to share their heartbreak and honor Eggleston and his amazing contributions to the film world.
