Lottery Winner Spends His Winning on Disney World Trip

Visiting Walt Disney World Resort is expensive. It is easy to dream of what it would be like to take a vacation to the Resort if money was no object. If the price weren’t an issue, there would be no limit to where you would stay, what you would do, and how much you would splurge on extra experiences.

For one lucky couple, this dream became a reality after the husband, Robert Taylor, had the winning ticket for the Massachusetts State Lottery last week.

Robert Taylor and his wife Terry’s lives changed for the better last week. Robert Taylor who lives in Taunton, Massachusetts, is now the proud lottery winner of a $500,000 Keno Ticket. Robert won the drawing on March 22 after purchasing a lottery ticket from Atlantic Cafe in Taunton.

The Keno drawing is a lottery game where players pick 1-12 numbers between 1-80. Plays then wager on how much they want to bet on their picked numbers, or “spots.” Robert had some great guesses and ended up winning big. The couple picked up their winnings from the lottery headquarters on Thursday, March 23.

With their newfound wealth, Robert and Terry were left to make some big decisions as to what they wanted to spend their winnings on. Their first priority was investing in buying a home for themselves. The second choice was something slightly more magical.

With half a million dollars now under their belt, the couple is planning a spectacular vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. They plan to bring their grandchildren along with them on the vacation.

It’s wonderful to hear about such a kind couple being able to go on their dream trip. Vacations to Walt Disney World Resort are very expensive, and it is awesome that they will be able to go on a trip without worrying about the cost.

Taking a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort is so magical that it’s easy to wish you could live there year-round. The “Disney Bubble” really makes you feel special, and it can be so tempting to imagine living in that environment all year. For one Colorado family, bringing the magic home with them was the inspiration for their massive magical home. This property is truly unlike anything else on the market, and for just $1,100,000 million dollars, your family could soon call it home.

There are so many incredibly unique homes and properties available in the United States. Websites like Zillow have become a popular way for people to look at different homes and compare prices. One Instagram account, @zillowgonewild, has taken a comical approach to online house shopping by posting all of the most over-the-top and ridiculous homes.

Earlier this week, the account posted a home in Colorado that is truly something you don’t see regularly. They posted a massive four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,590 sq ft house that holds a secret in the basement. The home’s first floor looks like a completely normal home, but in the basement, a shrine to all things Walt Disney is revealed.

Take a journey through the large Mickey Mouse wall cutout that separated the game/tv room from the shrine. Once through, you will find a shrine to all things Walt Disney. Memorabilia from tons of different Disney movies and iconic Disney attractions line the walls. There is also a bedroom with a bed that is built to resemble a castle. Everywhere you look, you can find some more references to Disney characters.

Unsurprisingly, many commenters think the home is unsightly. One comment reads, “Disney Adults are the biggest red flags.” Another says, “I don’t and never will understand Disney adults. I support you, but I don’t get you…”

Regardless of what the public feels, I have a feeling that this Disney-themed home will make one future family very happy.

Cast Member Finds Detached Finger on Space Mountain

When you work at a place like Walt Disney World Resort, there tend to be a lot of wild and wacky things that happen on a day-to-day basis. Whether it is ridiculous Guests or rambunctious children, it can be expected that Cast Members will see something out of the ordinary nearly every day.

However, every once in a while, something truly horrifying and out of the ordinary happens at Walt Disney World Resort. That’s precisely what happened to one Cast Member when a seemingly normal day took a turn for the worst!

It’s easy to get so swept up in the fun of Walt Disney World rides and attractions that we often forget about how dangerous these rides can truly be. Over its 50 years in service, Walt Disney World has seen its fair share of injuries. With all of the rides and attractions the Parks have to offer, accidents happen more often than Cast Members would like.

Once a Guest is injured on a ride, they are immediately attended to by paramedics as soon as possible. The side Guests don’t usually see is the horrifying and sometimes disgusting tasks that Cast Members have to do to help out. For some Cast Member’s working at Magic Kingdom Park, that meant searching for a ride for a Guests detached finger.

On the Reddit group r/WaltDisneyWorld, one Disney fan asked a simple question, “Who has interesting or wild/crazy stories from WDW?” The answer they received was something truly shocking.

Reddit user @travelingtheworld-1 began his story by explaining that it all went down 25 years ago during Walt Disney World’s 25th Anniversary. The Cast Member was working at Space Mountain when a Guests finger was “ripped off by the wedding band in the light tube launch.” After the incident occurred, the Cast Member’s working on Space Mountain were instructed to search the ride for the severed finger.

According to the Cast Member, the finger was found, put on ice, and reattached to the victim at a nearby hospital. If there’s one thing to take away from this horrifying story, it is to make sure to listen to safety demonstrations at the begging of a ride. The poster reminds Guests, “when they say keep your arms inside, just listen.”

Barstool Sports Founder Dave Portnoy Harshly Rates WDW Restaurants

Walt Disney World Resort had a very unique visitor earlier this week. Dave Portnoy is the founder of Barstool Sports, an extremely popular sports & pop culture blog. They are known for their coverage of pop culture events, sports, and also the wild personalities of their employees.

Founder Dave Portnoy is often in front of the camera as a Podcast host and internet personality. He is best known for his iconic “one bite pizza reviews,” which have the reputation of being able to make or break a Pizzaria. Portnoy recently took his talent and his appetite to Walt Disney World Resort where he reviewed one of the Resort’s most iconic slices of pizza.

Portnoy’s big personality and his adult sense of humor make him seem like the last person who would enjoy a day at Disney. On the contrary, the founder spent an entire day on a private tour through Walt Disney World. He video-blogged the entire day and was not afraid to share his opinions on everything.

His main reason for being there was to do another one-bite pizza review. His reviews are on a 10-point scale, and he judges each pizzeria based on its plain cheese slice. He is notoriously critical and harsh on his ratings. On this trip, Portnoy planned to visit the Via Napoli restaurant located within EPCOT.

This review is not Portnoys first within the Park. Back in 2021, he visited PizzeRizzo at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. His slice at PizzeRizzo was rated a 7.1/10. Portnoy seems indifferent about the slice.

Most Disney fans consider the pizza at Via Napoli to be much better than the pizza at PizzeRizzo. This is why fans were surprised to see Portnoy rate the pizza the same score, a 7.1. Portnoy, who is a fan of Neapolitan pizzas, said that the worst score he would give that style of pizza is 6.8. Via Napoli’s slice only managed to earn two decimals higher.

Fans do not think that this review was justified, but in classic Dave Portnoy fashion, he doesn’t seem to care.

Horrifying Video Shows Woman Dragging Child on Ground With Dog Leash

Fans visiting Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, a couple of weeks ago were met with a truly shocking sight. What they witnessed was a classic case of intense parenting at the most magical place on earth. A viral video showing the event has gone viral on TikTok. The public has begun to weigh in on their thoughts on the mother’s unique parenting style.

Every year, families from all over the world head to Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort to spend some quality time with their children. Visiting a Disney Park is acceptable for all ages, but many parents want to head there when their children are young and at their most Disney-obsessed. Getting to see the joy of a child seeing their favorite characters in real life is a truly special experience.

While it is so fun to travel to Disney with young children, it is also incredibly exhausting. Spending a long day in the sun standing and walking around is tiring for anyone, especially for a toddler. It is so easy to get frustrated with a child who is moving slowly and having a meltdown in the Parks.

That is exactly what happened a couple of weeks ago at Disneyland Park.

She posted a video showing a woman dragging a child on the ground behind her on the ground. He is wearing a child leash, which she is dragging him by.

Some people in the comments were disturbed by the video. Others, however, found it incredibly comical. One user comments, “When you got kids you know you know lol.”
