Failed Disney Proposal Video Goes Viral

Walt Disney World IS the most magical place on earth, so if your better half is a Disney fan, it only makes sense to ask the big question in a beautiful Disney Theme Park. While you never know what TikTok video will go viral next, this one has us feeling all the emotions! A video has recently gone viral with roughly 3.3 million views as you see a failed attempt at a Magic Kingdom proposal. But hold up! A second video that seems to have been forgotten with 440,000 views follows it up to show a magical proposal that all works out in the end.

What’s the most popular place for a Walt Disney World proposal? You guess it! Right in front of the stunning Cinderella Castle. It’s last, the bluish-purplish hues are showing all around the Cinderella Castle hub, and now is the perfect time to drop down to one knee. Unfortunately, you’ll see in this video posted by @chizko7 on TikTok, that has the gentleman prepares to ask his Princess to marry him, she moves on without noticing him.

BUT WAIT! Thankfully, there is more because you know us Disney fans like a happy ending! If first, you don’t succeed, try again, right? Check out the second video below for “part 2” of the proposal.

Marvel Entertainment Chairman Accused of Breaking Law in Veterans Affairs Scheme

Marvel Entertainment Chairman, Ike Perlmutter, is involved in breaking news today, September 27, as he and others have been accused of breaking the law in Veterans Affairs Scheme under Trump.

As reported by CNN: “House Democrats on Monday (Sept. 27) accused three Donald Trump associates of breaking the law as they used their connection to the former president’s private golf club to shape veterans’ policies for their own benefit. The three associates, known as the “Mar-a-Lago” trio, are billionaire Marvel Entertainment Chairman Ike Perlmutter, attorney Marc Sherman, and doctor Bruce Moskowitz. Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, and her husband, Jared Kushner, were aware of those efforts, the Democrats alleged.”

“Perlmutter, attorney Marc Sherman and doctor Bruce Moskowitz — known as the “Mar-a-Lago Trio” — refused to comply with a federal transparency law while secretly influencing the Department of Veterans Affairs during the Trump administration, two Democratic committee chairs said in a press release. “The documents we are releasing today shed light on the secret role the Trio played in developing VA initiatives and programs, including a ‘hugely profitable’ plan to monetize veterans’ medical records,” said Oversight Committee Chairwoman Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y., and Veterans’ Affairs Committee Chairman Mark Takano, D-Calif., in a press release. They accused the trio of violating transparency rules established by the Federal Advisory Committee Act.”

A spokesman for Marvel Entertainment did not immediately respond. In 2009, The Walt Disney Company acquired Marvel Entertainment for $4 billion. Marvel Entertainment, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company and is mainly known for its comic books by Marvel Comics, as well as its forays into films, including those within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel is primarily reported as part of Disney’s Consumer Products segment ever since Marvel Studios’ reorganization from Marvel Entertainment into Walt Disney Studios.

Orlando International Airport Is Ready for The 50th Anniversary Celebration

If your Disney 50th anniversary plans include flying in to Orlando International Airport (MCO), you’ll get to start celebrating the moment you land in Florida!

That’s because the airport has had a magical makeover, just in time for the 50th anniversary celebration of the opening of Walt Disney World!

The passenger arrival experience will be more magical than ever! When Guests arrive at Florida’s busiest airport, they will immediately be introduced to the Magic.

What’s in store for air travelers at Orlando International?

A complete art installation featuring the Fab 50 Character Collection has taken over the terminal train stations at the airport, and just outside the Magic of Disney Store in the East Hall, there are projections of EARidescent light patterns along the walkways and thoroughfares of that part of the airport.

Also at this location, Guests will walk past a 36-foot long video screen showcasing the shimmering EARidescence of the four parks “Beacons of Magic.” It is breathtaking!

A photo opportunity will be available to arriving Guests in the form of a golden teacup, nodding to the Mad Tea Party attraction at Magic Kingdom at Disney World.

The magically fun additions at the airport will remain in place for several months, so even if you can’t make it to the parks in October, you’ll still have the chance to be immersed in the Magic when you arrive!

The celebration continues as Guests arrive at their Disney World Resort hotels, as special surprises are planned for Guests who stay on property, beginning the first week of October. There will be special character appearances, and each one will be dressed in his or her EARidescent best.

Guests of Disney World Resort hotels will also be able to take advantage of the opportunity to enter selected parks early on certain days during the celebration.

There will literally be Magic around every corner at Walt Disney World as Guests arrive and join the World’s Most Magical Celebration!

Main Street Confectionery at Magic Kingdom has been closed and undergoing refurbishment. Disney has announced its reopening date and it’s just in time for the 50th-anniversary celebration!

From a Disney Cast Member;

With new interactive opportunities to customize your confections and a fresh new look throughout, the Main Street Confectionery is your go-to spot for delicious treats. It’s also where you can see confectionery magic being made by hand.

When you step into this charming, turn-of-the-century sweet shop, one of the first new things you’ll see is the colorful candy wall, which includes 38 varieties of M&M’S and SKITTLES! If you’re in the mood for something savory and sweet, you can now personalize your popcorn experience with multiple combinations. Select from four popcorn flavors – caramel, rainbow fruit, buttery, cheddar – and then top it all off with a selection of M&M’S or SKITTLES candies or perhaps even with some chocolate drizzle for an extra sweet treat!

You can even get a front-row spot at the candy kitchen area to watch cast members make and decorate your favorite goodies like the character-inspired candy apples and Mickey crisped rice cereal treats being made and decorated. There are more than 30 new items you won’t find anywhere else!

Some of my favorites are the new fudge varieties, like the Peanut Butter Fudge – featuring creamy peanut butter fudge topped with M&M’S Peanut Butter Candies and drizzled with chocolate. Yum!

Of course, this signature Magic Kingdom shop will offer limited-time treats for “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.” These four new sweets will be available starting on Oct. 1.
