Disney is celebrating Earth Month this April! One of their newest announcements including that starting today (April 19), their line of classic dolls will come in new plastic-free packaging throughout Disney properties and online.
As announced by Disney: “Just in time for Earth Day, we are announcing that starting today, our line of classic dolls will come in new plastic-free packaging available on shopDisney.com, Walt Disney World Resort, and Disney stores in North America, and coming soon to Disneyland Resort. The plastic-free packaging is made of sustainably sourced paper that is 100% recyclable, and it’s easy to open, too!” Check out the video below:
The current collection of classic dolls includes 15 Disney characters. The hope is that Disney fans will enjoy their new doll and then recycle the plastic-free packaging.
Walt Disney World President Jeff Vahle has shared on Instagram that “A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King” will debut in mid-May at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Cast Members are currently in rehearsals for the modified version of the park’s famous show.
This fluffy-eared dog is named Goma and is 7-years-old. She is a Maltese Papillon mix. With 109 thousand followers on Instagram @marupgoma_c , this cute pup from Japan is too cute not to adore!
