Flexible Cancellation Policy for Walt Disney World Resort Hotels Extended Through December 31

Walt Disney World has extended its Flexible Cancellation Policy through December 31. Previously, risk-free booking was only available through October 3.

The following update can be seen on the Resort Hotel “Know Before You Go” landing page on the Walt Disney World website:

To provide additional flexibility, we are waiving Disney-imposed change and cancellation fees up to the date of check-in for reservations with arrivals through December 31, 2020. If Guests need further assistance, they can reach us at the Disney Reservation Center through our online chat feature or by calling our reservation line.

NEW Halloween Candy Minnie Ears Arrive at the Magic Kingdom

Halloween has arrived at the Magic Kingdom! Or, well, at least it has in stores. The Emporium is now fully decked out in Halloween goodies and merch, but the first thing that caught our eye? Some new Halloween Candy Minnie Ears.

The ears feature a perfectly Halloween-y color scheme, with orange, yellow, purple, and black combining to make for the perfect Fall look.

The ears are made up of two large Halloween-styled lollipops, with a black sequin bow, black satin headband, and orange velvet lining.

Don’t be spooked, the ears retail for just $29.99.

New Figment Magnetic Shoulder Plush Now Available on shopDisney

If you haven’t been able to get to EPCOT to pick up the new Figment magnetic shoulder plush, you don’t need to just imagine that you have it! The merchandise item that’s all the rage has finally flown onto shopDisney.

The plush had multiple accidental early releases ahead of its planned August 8th launch, but now the lovable dragon is available to all!

New Disney Parks Halloween Treat Mini Loungefly Backpack

Halloween is nearly upon us, and there’s a new way to stash your treats with a new mini Loungefly backpack at Walt Disney World!

The black mini backpack features treats, including marshmallows, candy corn, and Mickey crisped rice treats and candy apples.
