Taste Testing For New La Creperie de Paris Is Underway

French hard cider will be on the menu at Creperie de Paris, according to the L’Artisan Des Glaces’ Instagram page.

@artisandesglace posted this photo as the restaurant tested a variety of hard ciders, including one from Louis Raison. This gives as yet another hint that the restaurant will be truly authentic, as the Brittany region of northwest France that inspires the menu produces a healthy amount of apples. In fact, apples inspire many of the wines produced there.

La Creperie de Paris will offer both table- and quick-service options featuring a menu from celebrity chef Jérôme Bocuse, who also heads Les Chefs de France.

This concept art is a look at what we can expect from the restaurant’s exterior.
