Mobile Order Service Coming to Candy Kitchen Locations

Mobile Order service is something we use every chance we get when ordering from a quick-service location at Walt Disney World. It’s so fast and easy to use. That’s why we’re super excited to learn that the service is expanding to include candy kitchen locations.

Since introducing mobile order service several years ago, we’ve been continuously expanding the service to additional dining locations and adding new options like table-service to go for even more convenience. Now available at Disneyland Resort and coming soon to Walt Disney World Resort, you can also use mobile order service to order your favorite confections from select merchandise locations with candy kitchens.

Satisfy your sweet tooth and save time in line when you use mobile order service at the following locations, and pick up treats from cupcakes and cookies to chocolate-covered marshmallows and elaborately-decorated candy apples.

Disneyland Resort – Now available!

    • Marceline’s Confectionery, located at Downtown Disney District
    • Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen, located at Disneyland park
    • Pooh Corner, located at Disneyland park
    • Trolley Treats, located at Disney California Adventure park

Walt Disney World Resort

    • Goofy’s Candy Company, located at Disney Springs – available Sept. 23

Main Street Confectionery at Magic Kingdom Park also plans to offer mobile order service after it reopens from its current refurbishment.

Just tap “Order Food” in the Disneyland or My Disney Experience app and look for these locations as they add mobile order service in the coming weeks. Then, select your arrival time and bypass the line to pick up your treats!

Another sweet tip: eligible merchandise discounts apply when you use mobile order service at these locations. Just make sure your valid Annual Passholder, Magic Key or Disney Vacation Club membership is affiliated to your Disney account, and your discount will be automatically applied.

Mobile Order Added to 3 Magic Kingdom Snack Spots

Three of the most popular Magic Kingdom snack spots have finally added Mobile Order through the My Disney Experience app.

As of today, guests may skip the line at Sunshine Tree Terrace, Sleepy Hollow Refreshments, and The Friar’s Nook. We caught them getting ready for the new offering this morning at the home of The Little Orange Bird in Adventureland.

With Mobile Order, you can place your order via the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device and then simply press “I’m here” when you’re nearing the location to have them prepare your order. You can then then proceed to pick up your order when it is ready.

Disney Testing Mobile Order-Table Service to Go

Walt Disney World’s Mobile Ordering Service is a fantastic way to order meals from quick-service restaurants. It appears that Disney is now testing this service to include a new feature called “Mobile Oder-Table Service to Go,” allowing guests to easily order to-go meals from table service restaurants. Right now this is only available at Sanna at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village.

In the My Disney Experience App, at the bottom of the page is a “+” button. Once you push that button, you’ll be given four options: check dining availability, order food, shop memory maker, and buy tickets and passes. Click on the “order food” button, and you’ll be able to see the different restaurants that offer Mobile Ordering.

As you scroll down, you’ll see “Sanaa To Go – Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village.” You’ll be able to choose an arrival window, just like at a quick-service restaurant.

After that, you’ll see a new informational pop-up that gives information on this new service including:

  • Arrival Window – let us know when to begin freshly preparing your order during the time slot you selected.
  • Prep & Wait Time – These meals are made to order, so expect the wait to be about the same as if you were to sit down at a restaurant.
  • Order Pick Up – Please hold off on going to the restaurant until we notify you that your order is ready.

Next, you’ll be able to “Build Your Order.” You’ll be able to view the menu and build your order, just as you would for a sit-down meal.

Next, you’ll select payment methods and pay for your order.

Disney Makes Changes To Its Mobile Ordering To Promote Social Distancing

Disney recently announced that with the phased reopening they would be working on “Limited-Contact enhancements,” that would help reduce the contact between Cast Members and guests in dining and retail situations. Disney has now added a couple of great new features to its Mobile Order service to encourages guests to use the service. One of the new features is one that guests have been asking for a long time! Catch all the details below.

D-Luxe Burger at Disney Springs is currently offering Mobile Order service, so we can see what the new enhancements are. First up, is a new “Arrival Window” selection. Previously, when you arrived at your quick-service location you would tap the “I’m Here” button. Now, you’ll choose an arrival window of 30 minutes.

What guests have long been asking for were more ways to pay with Mobile Ordering. Now Disney Gift Cards and Apple Pay have been added as payment options. This will allow for more contactless purchasing.

Guests can now add Disney Gift Cards and use Apple Pay when completing a purchase with Mobile Order.

Mobile Order will be the preferred way to dine at quick-service restaurants and we’re excited to see the changes within the app.

Blaze Pizza @ Disney Springs Now Accepting Mobile Ordering

Last week Blaze Pizza at Disney Springs started accepting online orders for their delectable pizza. Guests can use the Blaze Pizza app or website to find Blaze Pizza Lake Buena Vista (what they call the Disney Springs location) to order.

Online ordering at Blaze Pizza allows customers to place an order online and pick up at the location without needing to wait in line. Please note that this online ordering function is a part of Blaze Pizza’s website and app and not the My Disney Experience app.

Blaze Pizza at Disney Springs often sees incredibly long lines, so the ability to order online could save you a lot of time on your next visit to Walt Disney World.
